What’s the Best SMS Tool? You!

Much work has been accomplished in the aviation industry to promote the implementation of safety management systems (SMS). But a central concept of SMS is to enlist everyone — staff, managers, owners — in the safety process. Without their genuine involvement and commitment. an organization’s SMS frequently falls short of the intended goals, allowing safety hazards to remain unaddressed. Let’s discuss ways to ensure your organization’s people are truly active in promoting and executing your safety initiatives.
