On-site Attendee Registration, located in Hall E of the Anaheim Convention Center, will be open the following times:
Monday, January 27 - 7:30 am – 4:30 pm
Tuesday, January 28 - 7:30 am – 4:30 pm
Wednesday, January 29 - 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
Thursday, January 30 - 8:00 am – 3:00 pm
Attendee Registration Substitutions
HAI does accept changes to attendee registrations, such as the name on the registration or the dates attending. Changes can be made in the online Registration Portal or on-site in Attendee Registration, located in Hall E. No changes will be accepted after Wednesday, January 29.
Attendee Registration Cancellations
If you need to cancel your HAI HELI-EXPO registration, please email firstname.lastname@example.org by midnight, December 6, 2019, to receive a full refund minus a $20 processing fee. No refunds will be provided for cancellations after that date.
