Many e-mails between Matt and myself - Matt would say the Heuy and the T53 always brought me home from each mission. May you r.i.p. and enjoy one last ride home. - Mike Brouillette, Global Turbine Comp. Tech., Ct.
  • Bob O'Hanlon
When I read of Matts passing this morning in AOPA, I was deeply saddened. Matt and I met when I joined the Westchester Flying Club back in the mid 90's where Matt was a mentor to me and fellow pilots. His calm and help to all of us as the clubs Safety Pilot, I know inspired me to be the best I could be as pilot and an officer on the executive committee. I left the club in 2001 and always thought of Matt and our discussions. I will never forget his calming voice and his unique style to train our members. I offer my deepest sympathy and condolences to Matt's family. - Bob O'Hanlon, Briarcliff Manor, NY
